Shri Guru Charana Saroja Raja,Nija Manu Mukura Sudhari।
Baranaun Raghubara Vimala Jasu,Jo Dayaku Phala Chari॥
Translation – After cleansing the mirror of my mind with the pollen dust from the Lotus-feet of Divine Guru, I describe the unblemished glory of Lord Rama, which bestows four fruits of righteousness (Dharma), wealth (Artha), pleasure (Kama) and liberation (Moksha).
Buddhihina Tanu Janikai,Sumiraun Pavana-Kumara।
Bala Buddhi Vidya Dehu Mohin,Harahu Kalesha Vikara॥
Translation – Knowing my body to be devoid of intelligence, I remember Hanuman, the son of Vayu. Give me strength, intelligence and knowledge, cure my bodily ailments and mental imperfections.

Jaya Hanumana Jnana Guna Sagara।Jaya Kapisa Tihun Loka Ujagara॥
Translation – Victory to Hanuman who is the ocean of wisdom and virtues, Victory to the king of monkeys who is illuminating three worlds.
Rama Duta Atulita Bala Dhama।Anjani-Putra Pavanasuta Nama॥
Translation – You are the messenger of Rama (to Sita), You are the abode of incomparable power. You are also called by the names of ‘Anjani Putra’ (Son of Anjana) and ‘Pavana Suta’ (son of wind god).
Mahavira Vikrama Bajarangi।Kumati Nivara Sumati Ke Sangi॥
Translation – O mighty valorous one, of terrific deeds whose body organs are as strong as diamond (or the weapon of god Indra). Cure my bad mind oh companion of those with pure (good) mind.
Kanchana Barana Biraja Suvesa।Kanana Kundala Kunchita Kesa॥
Translation – You are golden colored, you are shining in your beautiful attire. You have beautiful earrings in your ear and curly hairs.
Hatha Vajra Au Dhvaja Birajai।Kandhe Munja Janeu Sajai॥
Translation – Vajrayudha (mace) and flag are shining in your hand. Sacred thread made of Munja grass adorns your shoulder.
Shankara Suvana Kesarinandana।Teja Pratapa Maha Jaga Vandana॥
Translation – O partial incarnation of Lord Shiva, giver of joy to king Kesari. Your great majesty is revered by the whole world.
Vidyavana Guni Ati Chatura।Rama Kaja Karibe Ko Atura॥
Translation – O one learned in all Vidyas, one full of virtues, very clever. You are always eager to do Rama’s tasks.
Prabhu Charitra Sunibe Ko Rasiya।Rama Lakhana Sita Mana Basiya॥
Translation – You delight in listening to the acts of Rama (Ramayana). Lord Rama, Lakshmana and Sita reside in your heart.
Sukshma Rupa Dhari Siyahin Dikhava।Vikata Rupa Dhari Lanka Jarava॥
Translation – Assuming the extremely minute form you appeared to Sita. Assuming the gigantic form you burnt down the Lanka.
Bhima Rupa Dhari Asura Sanhare।Ramachandra Ke Kaja Sanvare॥
Translation – Assuming a terrible form you slayed demons. You carried out all the tasks of Rama.
Laya Sajivana Lakhana Jiyaye।Shriraghuvira Harashi Ura Laye॥
Translation – You brought the Sanjivini, the life saving herb from Dronagiri in Himalayas, to save Lakshmana’s Life. Lord Rama cheerfully embraced you with his heart full of joy.
Raghupati Kinhi Bahuta Badai।Tuma Mama Priya Bharatahi Sama Bhai॥
Translation – Lord Rama praised you very much saying “You are dear to me like my brother Bharata”.
Sahasa Badana Tumharo Yasha Gavain।Asa Kahi Shri Pati Kantha Lagavain॥
Translation – Thousands of living beings are chanting hymns of your glories; saying thus, Shri Ram warmly hugged him.
Sanakadika Brahmadi Munisa।Narada Sarada Sahita Ahisa॥
Translation – When prophets like Sanka, even the Sage like Lord Brahma the great hermit Narad himself, Goddess Saraswati and Adishesha.
Jama Kubera Dikapala Jahan Te।Kavi Kobida Kahi Sake Kahan Te॥
Translation – Yama (god of death), Kubera (god of wealth), Digpalas (the guardian deities), poets and scholars have not been able to describe Your glories in full.
Tuma Upakara Sugrivahin Kinha।Rama Milaya Raja Pada Dinha॥
Translation – You did Sugriva a great favor by making him meet Rama and bestowing on him the kingdom of Kishkindha.
Tumharo Mantra Vibhishana Mana।Lankeshvara Bhaye Saba Jaga Jana॥
Translation – Vibhishana accepted your suggestion. He became the king of Lanka because of your advice, whole world knows it.
Juga Sahasra Yojana Para Bhanu।Lilyo Tahi Madhura Fala Janu॥
Translation – You flew towards the sun who is thousands of years of Yojanas away, thinking of him as a sweet fruit.
Prabhu Mudrika Meli Mukha Mahin।Jaladhi Langhi Gaye Acharaja Nahin॥
Translation – Putting the ring of Rama in your mouth, you jumped and flew over ocean to Lanka, there is no surprise in that.
Durgama Kaja Jagata Ke Jete।Sugama Anugraha Tumhare Tete॥
Translation – All the difficult tasks in the world, become easy if there is your grace.
Rama Duare Tuma Rakhavare।Hota Na Ajna Binu Paisare॥
Translation – You are the doorkeeper and protector of the door to Rama’s court. Without your permission nobody can enter Rama’s abode.
Saba Sukha Lahai Tumhari Sarana।Tuma Rakshaka Kahu Ko Darana॥
Translation – Once in your refuge, a Sadhaka obtains all the pleasures. You are the protector, and there is nothing to be afraid of.
Apana Teja Samharo Apai।Tinon Loka Hanka Tein Kampai॥
Translation – You alone are befitted to carry your own splendid valour. All the three worlds (entire universe) tremor at your thunderous call.
Bhuta Pishacha Nikata Nahin Avai।Mahavira Jaba Nama Sunavai॥
Translation – All the ghosts, demons and evil forces keep away, with the sheer mention of your great name, O’Mahavira.
Nasai Roga Harai Saba Pira।Japata Nirantara Hanumata Bira॥
Translation – All diseases, pain and suffering disappear on reciting regularly Shri Hanuman’s holy name.
Sankata Te Hanumana Chhudavai।Mana Krama Vachana Dhyana Jo Lavai॥
Translation – Hanuman will release those from troubles who meditate upon him in their mind, actions and words.
Saba Para Rama Tapasvi Raja।Tina Ke Kaja Sakala Tuma Saja॥
Translation – All who hail, worship and have faith in Shri Rama as the supreme Lord and the king of penance. You make all their difficult tasks very easy.
Aura Manoratha Jo Koi Lavai।Soi Amita Jivana Fala Pavai॥
Translation – Whosoever comes to you for fulfillment of any desire with faith and sincerity, Will he alone secure the imperishable fruit of human life.
Charon Juga Paratapa Tumhara।Hai Parasiddha Jagata Ujiyara॥
Translation – Your glory is for all the four Yugas, Your greatness is very famous throughout the world, and illumines the world.
Sadhu Santa Ke Tuma Rakhavare।Asura Nikandana Rama Dulare॥
Translation – You are the guardian of saints and good people. You killed demons and you are dear to Rama.
Ashta Siddhi Navanidhi Ke Data।Asa Bara Dina Janaki Mata॥
Translation – Mother Sita granted you a boon to become the bestower of eight Siddhis (supernatural powers) and nine Nidhis (divine treasures).
Rama Rasayana Tumhare Pasa।Sada Raho Raghupati Ke Dasa॥
Translation – You have the sweet devotion to Rama. May you always be a devotee of Lord Rama.
Tumhare Bhajana Rama Ko Pavai।Janama Janama Ke Dukha Bisaravai॥
Translation – Through hymns sung in devotion to you, one can find Shri Rama and become free from sufferings of several births.
Antakala Raghubara Pura Jai।Jahan Janma Hari-Bhakta Kahai॥
Translation – If at the time of death one enters the divine abode of Shri Rama, thereafter in all future births he is born as the Lord’s devotee.
Aura Devata Chitta Na Dharai।Hanumata Sei Sarva Sukha Karai॥
Translation – Not contemplating on other gods, gets his all happiness from Hanuman by serving Him.
Sankata Katai Mitai Saba Pira।Jo Sumirai Hanumata Balabira॥
Translation – Pains will be removed, all afflictions will be gone of who remembers Hanuman the mighty brave one.
Jaya Jaya Jaya Hanumana Gosai।Kripa Karahu Gurudeva Ki Nai॥
Translation – Victory to you O master of the senses. Show mercy on us like a Guru does.
Jo Shata Bara Patha Kara Koi।Chhutahin Bandi Maha Sukha Hoi॥
Translation – One who recites Chalisa one hundred times, becomes free from the bondage of life and death and enjoys the highest bliss at last.
Jo Yaha Padhai Hanumana Chalisa।Hoya Siddhi Sakhi Gaurisa॥
Translation – All those who recite Hanuman Chalisa (the forty Chaupais) regularly are sure to be benedicted. Such is the evidence of no less a witness as Lord Shiva.
Tulasidasa Sada Hari Chera।Kijai Natha Hridaya Mahan Dera॥
Translation – Tulsidas is always a devotee of Hari. O Lord, make my heart your abode.

Pavanatanaya Sankata Harana,Mangala Murati Rupa।
Rama Lakhana Sita Sahita,Hridaya Basahu Sura Bhupa॥
Translation – O Son of wind god, remover of difficulties, one with an auspicious form. With Rama, Lakshmana and Sita reside in our hearts. Oh! King of Gods.
