Welcome to the Sanatan Taxila Hub Affiliate Program.
Thank you for your interest in partnering with us. By registering as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
1. Commission
- Affiliates earn 20% commission on eligible membership purchases made through their unique referral link.
- Commissions are calculated on the final purchase amount, excluding applicable taxes.
2. Payments
- The minimum payout threshold is AUD $50.
- Commissions become eligible for payment once they have been verified and approved.
- Payments will be processed after the applicable review period.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are expected to promote Sanatan Taxila Hub honestly, ethically, and professionally.
Affiliates must not:
- Send spam emails or unsolicited messages.
- Make false, misleading, or deceptive claims.
- Impersonate or misrepresent Sanatan Taxila Hub.
- Purchase memberships using their own affiliate link to earn commission.
- Bid on or use the Sanatan Taxila Hub brand name in paid advertising without written permission.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical promotional practices.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in suspension or termination of the affiliate account and cancellation of unpaid commissions.
4. Refunds
If a referred purchase is refunded, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent before commission approval, the associated commission may be cancelled or rejected.
5. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use official Sanatan Taxila Hub logos, banners, graphics, and promotional materials only for the purpose of promoting Sanatan Taxila Hub.
These materials must not be modified in a way that misrepresents the brand or its products.
6. Program Changes
Sanatan Taxila Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time, including changes to:
- Commission rates
- Payment schedules
- Program policies
- Eligibility requirements
- Promotional guidelines
Any updates will apply from the date they are published.
7. Account Approval
Submitting an affiliate application does not guarantee acceptance.
Sanatan Taxila Hub reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
8. Account Termination
Sanatan Taxila Hub may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
