Episode 3 – How Shivaji Was Invoked by Jijamata

Why did Shivaji Maharaj rise like a lion when so many other princes of his time lived ordinary lives? Why did he succeed in protecting dharma while others surrendered to invaders? The answer lies not only in his courage, but in his very birth. Shivaji was not an accident of chance. He was invoked, shaped, and prepared by the devotion of his mother, Jijamata.

History tells us that Jijamata prayed constantly to Bhavani Mata. She begged for a son who would not live for his own pleasure, but for the protection of dharma. She performed penances, she fasted, she cried out to the goddess. She asked for one gift alone: a child who would be a protector of the people.

And when Shivaji was born, she did not treat him as an ordinary boy. From the very beginning, she raised him with a vision. As a child, Shivaji did not hear lullabies of comfort. He heard stories of Rama, Arjuna, Bhima, and Hanuman. Jijamata filled his ears with the battles of the Mahabharata and the courage of the Ramayana. She planted in his young heart the fire of dharma.

While other mothers may have filled their sons with softness, Jijamata gave her son both a sword and the Gita. She trained him to see his land not as property, but as sacred Bharat Mata. She trained him to see his people not as subjects, but as children of the goddess. She trained him to see his life not as leisure, but as a mission.

This is why Shivaji grew into more than a king. He became a guardian. He became a symbol of resistance against tyranny. He became the embodiment of Sanatan Dharma in action.

But remember this: it was Jijamata who invoked him. Without her prayers, without her discipline, without her vision, Shivaji would never have risen. This is the power of Garbh Sanskar, the forgotten art of creating divine children. It shows us that a mother is not simply the one who gives birth to flesh and blood. A true mother gives birth to destiny itself.

Today, how many Jijamatas do we have? How many mothers pray day and night for a child who will protect dharma? How many fathers, like Shahaji, prepare to raise sons with courage and discipline? Most families have forgotten this responsibility. And because of this, Bharat lacks divine rulers.

But it does not have to remain this way. Jijamata is the example for every Hindu mother. Her life is the blueprint. If every mother today raises her child with the same fire, the same vision, and the same dharmic grounding, then within one generation, Bharat will once again be filled with Shivajis.

Krishna said: “If you call me, I will come.” Jijamata called, and Shivaji came. The question is: will today’s mothers and fathers call again? Or will they let society continue under corrupt rulers?

The answer lies not in politics, not in governments, but in families. Every Jijamata creates a Shivaji. Every household has the power to shape the future. The fate of dharma is carried in the womb of the mother and in the discipline of the father.

The choice is clear: invoke divine children, or watch society collapse under corrupt rulers. Jijamata chose dharma. Will you?
